Orders ship within 2-3 business days after receipt. Please allow a total of 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping rates vary based on weight, and distance. We hope that you enjoy your purchase from Noun Chic Boutique. We take extreme satisfaction in selling the most highest quality, fashionably forward, and chicest merchandise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days from the date of receipt to return the item for a full refund. Merchandise retuned must be in its original condition. You can return your items to us, provided:

•  Merchandise must be unworn,unwashed, undamaged,and unaltered. 
•  Merchandise must have all original tags and be returned in original packaging. 
•  Merchandise must be without marks, stains, fragrance, and odor.
• Footwear must be unworn, in the original shoebox and in its original condition.
• Swimwear, Undergarments,and Hosiery  cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.  
• Handbags, lingerie, lounge wear, jewelry and SALE Items are considered FINALE SALE.

Once we receive your returned merchandise it will go through a quick inspection. Once the inspection is approved, refunds will be made in the  original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color please return your item(s) to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
